About me
As an Enterprise Product & Solution Designer, I specialize in understanding complex business and operational ecosystems and transforming them into scalable enterprise software solutions. Over nearly 8 years, I have led the design of 0→1 products and large-scale B2B platforms across logistics, omnichannel commerce, ERP, and enterprise operations, simplifying complexity through business process architecture, workflow design, information architecture, and decision-support experiences.
I begin by understanding how businesses operate—their objectives, operational workflows, organizational structures, and user needs—to identify the right problems before designing the right solutions. Through systems thinking, scenario analysis, and service design principles, I uncover high-impact opportunities while anticipating edge cases, operational constraints, and system behaviors, creating products that remain intuitive, resilient, and scalable as organizations grow.
Combining a PhD in Management with a foundation in Computer Science, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective that bridges business strategy, systems thinking, and enterprise technology. My doctoral research explored socio-technical systems through systems thinking, while my continuing work with System Dynamics simulation and Digital Twin modeling further strengthens my ability to understand, model, and optimize increasingly complex operational ecosystems.
Before transitioning into enterprise product design, I worked as a Visiting Faculty in Management and held leadership roles in workforce development and organizational training. These experiences provided a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, learning systems, and stakeholder collaboration—perspectives that continue to shape how I design enterprise solutions today.

My approach combines three complementary thinking lenses:
Design Thinking to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Systems Thinking to map the broader ecosystem of stakeholders, dependencies, and constraints
Scenario Thinking to anticipate how systems behave over time, including edge cases and real-world variability
This allows me to design solutions that are not only user-friendly, but also scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term business outcomes.
